My style is natural, timeless, and true-to-color with a focus on genuine emotion and authentic interactions. I aim to capture the quiet in-between moments just as much as the big, joyful ones. I use Montana’s mountains, rivers, and open skies as part of the visual narrative, documenting your wedding day or session as it naturally unfolds.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
As a Montana-born photographer, I bring deep local knowledge of the landscape, lighting conditions, park regulations, and seasonal changes. I combine natural storytelling with artistic composition to create images that feel authentic, emotional, and connected to the environment. My goal is not just to take photos - but to create an experience that reflects your adventure.
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MONTANA PHOTOGRAPHERS?
I am a Montana photographer based in the beautiful Madison Valley in Ennis, Montana and regularly photograph weddings and portrait sessions in Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky, Bozeman, Ennis, Island Park, and throughout Montana and Wyoming.
If you're planning a destination wedding or a session in the mountains, I am available for destination weddings and sessions throughout the West.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
To book your wedding or session, start by filling out the contact form on my website. Once I confirm availability, we'll discuss your vision and details. A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date on my calendar. Because Montana summer dates and peak Yellowstone dates (especially June - September) fill up quickly, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Ah, Montana weather… if it’s not snowing, it’s raining, and if it’s not raining, it’s sunny—but for how long? While I’m always up for shooting in any type of weather (bring on the snow, wind, or sunshine), I want you to look your best. If the weather’s just not cooperating, we’ll reschedule for a day that works for both of us—after all, the best photos are taken when we’re not fighting the elements!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Yes! Whether you're planning a Yellowstone proposal, a Montana elopement, or a family session, I help with location recommendations, timeline suggestions, lighting guidance, and logistical planning. My experience photographing across Montana allows me to recommend the best spots based. on season, scenery, and crowd levels.
